It’s ok, read what you can, start with a small goal, but the most important part is to have fun with it, it shouldn’t feel like a chore.

Same. I can’t delete FB because of the same reasons but I turned off notifications and I’ll check it once in awhile but not daily like before.

I hate it too and I feel weird going back. Doesn’t feel the same now.
