• If [Repelling Bastille] also repels incoming projectiles, it'd be worth a slot. Excavation will be so much easier. But maybe too strong.
• This is more like a fun idea but what if [Perpetual Vortex] ended with a big kaboom? Don't just disappear after the huge succ, at least say goodbye 😏

He could use some touch-ups though.
If he's getting a minor rework next year, I hope it's something like this:

• Bastille to Vortex after the duration is rather inconvenient. I want to hold enemies in place
• I want to be able to throw B and V separately like Protea's 1st, without collapsing them
