You said they terrorized the neighborhood. Israel may be dependent on the US but they are anything but a failed state, they are one of the most modern hi tech countries with a very strong economy.

It was Arabs terrorizing Jews to make them leave that got the fighting started in the beginning. You are blaming the Jews for fighting back. Perhaps it does not conform to your idea of a jew to fight back.

So if you are renting a house and the owner sells it and the new owner decides to live there instead and doesn’t renew your lease so you have to move and you are angry about it, you are justified in killing him?

At every step the Arabs rejected the Jewish presence. Except the ones who stayed peacefully are now full Arab citizens of Israel - Arabs and Druze Arabs, who are doing fine and not trying to oust the Jews. Remember, in 1948 the Jews accepted the UN partition but the Arabs did not and invaded.

Thanks, but again the massacres pre 1948 were illegal and not justifiable. This left the zionists to physically defend their own legally purchased land. Then the Arabs invaded in 1948. No wonder the Jews needed them out. The Arabs had plans to drive them into the sea.

That is/was not illegal. It did not justify violent opposition, massacres and murders.
