Otsu #anisama day 1! Man, today was kinda crazy and it's only the first day! I'm kinda dying from flying in this morning, so I'll post some notes about day 1... later, it was awesome though, looking forward to the next 2 days!

During the encore, the fans did the rainbow for the venue, I was in the arena, so orange. It's crazy to think that this started by US fans for AX2018 and is a thing fans do all the way to the finale in 2025. I remember in AX2019 talking to some JP livers doing the reverse gaijin (?) package to AX..

You could especially feel how the amount of people in unison during this song, like the first "1, 2, SUNSHINE!" felt gigantic or the "hai hai hai" part later felt larger than similar parts earlier in the live. During the climax of that song, they shot out these streamers (which I ran to beg for)

Something that I liked about Mitaiken HORIZON (besides that it was on the center stage so it was easier for me to see them from my seat) is that during the climax they shot out a bunch of gold butterflies (penlight for scale)

I think it's worth talking about the venue and stage a bit, MetLife/Belluna Dome is where 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th live were at, so it's familiar territory lol. These 2 days were also real hot, Belluna dome has an open-air design (you can see outside in the pic) so it's pretty hot in there too ww.
