(P.S. Peak, Balatro, Hollow Knight, etc. are all very deserving of their success, that’s not what I’m saying. I simply wish people would have more interest in highlighting actual lesser known games. Nowadays it’s almost all algorithmic lottery).

It’s easy to blame journalists and influencers but they’re also fighting for their job right now so I understand. Lesser known games brings less reader and thus less money, that’s why every website/youtubers all cover PEAK but won’t look at anything else. It’s a symptom of our algorithmic system.

I hesitate to be critical of other devs' games here but I do think criticism is a major and important way we should interact with games. I'm small enough for it not to destroy the small audience I have, I hope.

It would be amazing but I understand it can be hard to make happen. I hope your PC launch is successful! Good luck.
