Watching this, however, feels like one more area where there are obvious changes that need to be made and there seems to be no ability to make impacts as an individual citizen.

Even if people are perceiving it as a joke, he’s joking about a sacred position to be held by somebody with humility and a commitment to God, of what he has neither.

Part of the danger is that this kind of leadership feels good to people who are also doubling down. It offers the comfort of certainty without the burden of reflection. But true strength lies in the courage to grow, not the refusal to listen.
