Don't forget how the dirt and grasses move around like they're made of worms or something.

I saw your work on YouTube, although I think I also saw some photographs of yours elsewhere on the internet when looking at modeling of Pacific Electric interurbans and I enjoyed seeing those as well.

I love when there is more than one sinker in quicksand and they get to see others sink before them. Also love the texture on the mud, it's fantastic!

That stuff looks extremely great. Difficult to sink in, but legitimately looks really comfy to chill in. I've been in very thick bentonite before and that kind of reminds me of that experience.

I love that it's overall construction is metal AND that the switch controls both flows of direction. Would love to have one for my home, or at least something similar. Is it easy to take apart to clean and repair?

Here is my attempt: Rail to trails conversion.

If you're willing to play more fast and loose with prototypicalness, HOn30/H0e/009 works wonders. Super small locomotives and rolling stock. I am a fan of MiniTrains' Fiddletown & Copperopolis stock, they're really adorable. KATO's Small England locomotive and PECO rolling stock are also fantastic.

Oh yeah to be honest I hated the ending of Episode 2. It's just so clunky trying to throw the Magnusson Device in time to save all of the buildings. I am a much bigger fan of Ravenholm and the Rebels of HL1 as well as the mines and outdoors of Episode 2 personally.

You're not the first to complain about the length of Canals, just hang on to Ravenholm. The Lost Coast is a lot more approachable since you can more easily get out of your vehicle.

Altogether, Half Life 2 is still a lot more approachable than other games of the early 2000s for modern audiences.

And don't forget the amazing followup. 102 Dalmatians had the incredible cake factory scene.
