As for “tips”. Start simple and let it grow with your needs. Give it al least a couple of months to see if it resonates with your style of doing things.

It really does work for me. The minimalistic approach works very well with my brain. My spreads are very simple, nothing fancy, yet very tidy. But I realized that the “power” of the method comes when you start to do your daily/weekly/monthly reflections. At least for me works wonderfully.
