He just couldn’t do it. A late night cabinet reshuffle means embattled minister Thembi Simelane is off the hook- she leaves Justice for Human Settlements. CR couldn’t fire a corruption accused minister with a lavish lifestyle well above her earnings? It took 84 days even for this move! #702Breakfast
