The approach of canon reference material seems to be, “yeah put it out, we’ll ignore it later anyway” like Timelines, as great as it is, created a massive amount of continuity errors, and there never seems to be a lot of proof reading before publication

Hoping and praying that this just means TOTJ is the 6th brother, and we don’t have to think about it that much

We definitely have an unofficial set of canon tiers, but these days I care a little less, sure I think the continuity issues with Filoni projects are frustrating and disrespectful but hey, I’m gonna prefer the Ahsoka novel and use that as the reference point in any fanfic, same with Kanan
