So I heard a rumor that the reason tiktok went offline was because Meta has control of Tiktok. They had to shut it down to move the servers.

Nah.

Well I deleted messenger a few days ago. I reinstalled it and when I tried to go back onto TikTok I got this.

I think Meta owns TikTok.
