I tweaked with the settings of the 11/15 image because it was very white.

Settings: Brightness down 17%, contrast and highlights both up 50%, shadows down 50%.

It really was, the US currently spends BILLIONS maintaining their nuclear deterant, i suspect that many of the Russian weapons have not been properly maintained. They steal the maintenance money for everything else.....

When Jake Sullivan was talking about managing nuclear risk with Russia this is what he was really talking about and the media totally missed it. They supplied ukrain minimally BECAUSE they knew enough arms would allow them to win and russia would collapse into a dozen nuclear armed warlord states.

it would also possibly mean a fracture into several states or regions controlled by warlords, kinda like Libya after Gadaffi.
