Count me among the folks who would love to see one of these charts for 1.1s, 1.3s, 1.4s, 1.5s, heck even all the way to like 1.10 (though I suspect it gets boring after 1.6 with such wild variance).

I mean, I’ve been Time’s Man of The Year twice. I have multiple friends who have won it three times. And a buddy of mine has won it four times, in ‘03, ‘06, ‘11, and ‘14.

He’s also tied for 2nd among all defensemen in even strength points for the season at 16. Only Cale Makar has more at 18. Tied at 16 with Quinn Hughes and Werenski. Ahead of Fox, Hedman, Morrisey, etc.

Used to be a standard strategy for the old and tired teams trying to rest for the playoffs. Burn fuel when it might flip the result, otherwise just do some cardio until it’s time to go home.
