The fact that you're able to recognize that is awesome! I think you can cherish and honor the past and at the same time know that what you need/want in the present moment is different and do what's best for you right now. You can always leave the door cracked for a potential change of heart, too.

If ydc about their opinion and you're not close I would unfollow or mute*. IMO it's not worth the stress of arguing (full disclosure: it's not worth the stress is my answer to everything now)
*as opposed to block; if they reach out you can say it was not personal, just didn't want that in your feed

Sooooo frustrating working with men who are baffled and amazed every time you're right about something and never remember that feeling when the next opportunity comes to immediately ignore/dismiss your input.
