How long can we go on pretending things are ok,we can never get back the love we let slip away and it's just another sad,sad day,caught in the rain,caught out in the rain again...

Who can explain,who can explain,I don't know but I know things are no longer the same,caught in the rain,caught out in the rain again and its all tossed to the wind,just when you thought you had it all showed up,fate comes along and says nope and it's all tossed to the wind,caught in the rain...

I don't know what I've been expecting from you anymore, looking back I thought we'd stand the test of time but love is not supposed to feel like war,nothing is as it was before...
Caught out in the rain,who can explain,we had it all but threw it all away,silence drowns out the words we don't say...
