I tinkered on it for a bit and yeah, the tat would need to be broken into pieces in a Photoshop/drawing program so you can stretch and move them around individually to work.

ANOTHER option: re-draw it yourself in the Texture Paint part of Blender... 🤔

That's the same torso texture template I use for Daz3d. The spine is the seam on left and right side, so you'd need to split the tattoo and conform it to the curve. Not easy. Here is my Barriss and you can see the diamonds along the spine had to be split and lined up to work.

I am not experienced at Blender, but maybe projecting the texture onto the mesh? Wouldn't be great for the arms, but the back should be ok.
