I don't think the Pacers gave any thought to tanking until like half the squad was injured for the first month. It was basically Siakam and G League guys while Mathurin, Nesmith, Nembhard, Toppin, etc were out.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there's a true center in this draft that would give you anything like Zubac within the next few years. Most of these centers are really PF.
