True. The items don't matter until mid-high skill level and shooting comes naturally with time. You can just focus on learning your hero skills and skills of those in your lane.

It's my understanding that there's a room that's meant to be a tutorial for manipulating room draws, but you might not draw that room until after finishing the game(?).

It's very frustrating because RNG didn't bother me at all and I actually vibed with the progression. I just lost motivation when every run is 30 minutes long, 15 of which is overlong animations and slowly running from room to room.

I'm not that deep, but isn't the frustration here that EVENTUALLY you'll only have one thread to pull and it's RNG whether you can pull it?
