I think the sensor coverage, when it comes to adapting 35mm lenses to GFX is just an unimportant aspect. I always switch to 35mm mode, cba with the smearing and vignette, even for lenses of good coverage. The magic and feel of the lens still remains in that 35mm crop anyway, it was designed for it.

Helios 44M 58/2. Wide open. ISO range up to 12800. I Gotta experiment with it more, I always take it solely for portraits. Adapted to GFX, shot on 35mm mode, because I can with the sensor coverage (which is actually good for Helios).
