& disability and abuse have primed me to consider myself Abnormal if not Incapable of Normality from birth. i kind of wish i could find a therapist who specializes in adult survivors of fdia? or community around it. idk just. so much to think about

i guess it's a kind of survivor's guilt. idk. it will probably get easier to untangle at some point

it's not Bad, even? it is just so fundamentally different in every way. so many things that i learned don't serve me here and i sometimes don't know what the "right" way to think or behave really is. are the bitterness and trauma callouses of poverty "grit", or are they petty baggage?
