Don’t you worry. I had the same experience with Uber. Moved countries and their UI wouldn’t let me put in a valid post code because they were still following the format of the other country.

Regarding phoning in…I can’t say. I asked for additional time myself and I remember there was a space on the form to ask for additional accommodations.

There are also IAAP drop in sessions free to join where they answer all questions about exams.

Who knows what others did before us. I always think a silly rule exists to prevent something others did that in retrospect they shouldn’t have.

I remember when I took mine at a center, they told me I can take a bathroom break, I just have to put up my hand and ask for it. I didn’t need to though.
