4/ RU forces commit war crimes in Hulyaipole & Pokrovsk directions.

UA Presidential Office Head & prominent negotiator Andriy Yermak resigned on Nov. 28.

RU forces advanced in northern Kharkiv Oblast, Slovyansk-Lyman direction, Kostyantynivka tactical area, & Pokrovsk & Novopavlivka directions.

3/ Putin demanded UA's withdrawal from unoccupied parts of illegally annexed UA regions as a precondition for a ceasefire, not a peace deal.

Putin also demanded that the international community recognize RU’s territorial conquests in UA, likely to set legal grounds to justify a reinvasion of UA.

2/ Putin indicated that RU does not recognize the US-proposed peace plan as a serious agreement & indicated that RU is not interested in ending the war on the Trump admin's desired rapid timeline.

Putin reiterated that RU cannot sign any peace or other agreements w/ the current or future UA gov't.

4/ Russian forces are supporting offensive operations along the frontlines and appear to be targeting Ukrainian aircraft involved in air defense operations with modified Shahed (Geran) drones.

5/ Ukrainian forces recently struck two Russian shadow fleet oil tankers in the Black Sea — the first time Ukrainian forces attacked shadow fleet vessels. Ukrainian forces also struck a marine terminal w/ USVs amid continued drone strikes against Russian oil refineries and military infrastructure.

7/ Ukrainian forces recently advanced near Novopavlivka. Russian forces recently advanced in the Kostyantynivka-Druzhkivka tactical area and near Kupyansk.

In the last 24 hours, Russia's loses increased in terms of invaders sacrificed - back over 1,150.

Also notable two more MLRS systems have been reduced to scrap, which will save lives on the frontline.

There was one bad attack on Kyiv last night.
On a relatively quiet night, for some reason drones got through defences in Vyshhorod, hitting a market and this high-rise building.

One person died and 11 were injured, with 6 people hospitalised.
