I feel all of that too. And I can't find any part-time work because I'm too old, too many injuries, too educated or not educated enough.

I took out a small loan last month to buy supplies. No idea what the prices will be when I need to reorder. Or if anything will be in stock.

I drink a lot of water in the morning and then a 6 mile walk. I feel much better.
