the saying is just words, but the tradition and expectation it reflects is real. i'm not saying you have to agree with the importance of that expectation (it's hardly a universal value among supporters), i'm just saying it does exist.

not far enough! but it's gotten us further than dour and defensive football ever has, and whether you buy into it or not the expectation is clearly there among most spurs supporters.

not exactly a "to dare is to do" display today, y'know?
i like frank and i'm all for giving a new manager time, but spurs do have a tradition of attacking football and that doesn't seem to be his vision at all, even if it was working (and it's clearly not!)

this is definitely the case, the campaign has said as much. but how does that support the idea that the voting results are primarily due to an old vs new media divide?

it was decisive in freeing them up to actually spend on TV, and these voting patterns are better explained by the same generational divides we've been seeing in dem primaries for a long time now than by an old vs new media divide

well, we are talking about a guy who back in 1995 said that once gays could get married and serve in the military that "we should throw a party and close down the gay rights movement for good"
