I get how you feel, though. 9 memes ruined Cirno's reputation irreparably, but it's so deeply ingrained that you simply can't get rid of it. She's so much more than just some little dumbass that freezes frogs, but people blindly cling to what fanon dictates.

I don't know how Team 9 even became a thing, but honestly? I do kinda like it. It's always just seemed like a group of friends hanging out—especially given their presence in canon (Sangetsuisei).

I think it's something worth looking at in a warmer light.
