No new commanders but some exciting cards for the 99s.
Obsessive Pursuit is such a sick take on Phyrexian Arena for sacrifice decks.
Waterbender Ascension is no surprise, but this card in Captain Howler seems extra spicy since it can commit crimes making any creature unblockable at any time.

Green in particular feels super loaded to me, what with the new Rampant Growth, Regrowth, Naturalize, Commune with _, etc. Glad to see all those called out!
