Another thing you can do, change social sites.

Fediverse is growing, trying to help us get away from companies who own popular social sites to help benefit MAGA. I do understand it's hard to leave a site you've used for years. I'm already considering joining Misskey.

Bluesky is great too!

Though I haven't looked up this yet but from the fediverse group who are trying to bring together sites that are more privacy respected and out of corruption reach.

The site Funkwhale is considered an alternative to Spotify and along side fediverse. Not sure on phone.
