Game #21 | The Outer Worlds 2 | 2025-11-11

Obsidian has been on a serious roll lately, and The Outer Worlds 2 is one hell of a way to close out the year. It's bigger and better than the first in basically every way, but I do think it could've done more.

Snapdragon X is perfectly great for most regular people, and that's the target audience for this laptop.

Game #20 | Keeper | 2025-10-16

I was all-in on Keeper from the very first reveal trailer, and it still surpassed my expectations. It's an absolutely wild adventure that solidifies Double Fine as one of my top Xbox studios.

Why Keeper is a must-play masterpiece for puzzle-adventure fans
Double Fine Productions has finally returned with Keeper, one of the most captivating and bizarre video games I've played in a long time. I absolutely loved it.

Game #19 | Herdling | 2025-09-24

I needed an emotional vacation after The Alters (and life in general), and Herdling stepped up to the plate. It's beautiful, short, relaxing, and everything I needed it to be.

On a sad and rainy day, it's this Xbox Game Pass game that paved the way
Herdling is a short, relaxing indie game on Xbox Game Pass, and I really enjoyed the five hours I spent bonding with this fluffy family.

Game #18 | The Alters | 2025-09-21

The early game frustrated me at times with all the micromanagement, but The Alters quickly became one of my favorite games of 2025 — and one of my favorite sci-fi stories EVER. Loved this so much.

DLC #20 | The Outer Worlds Spacer's Choice Edition — Murder on Eridanos | 2025-09-15

This DLC felt a little more modest in scope, but I adored the "inspector" theme. I immensely enjoyed tracking down clues and questioning suspects, and the twist is goofy and fun. Great stuff.

DLC #19 | The Outer Worlds Spacer's Choice Edition — Peril on Gorgon | 2025-09-14

I honestly didn't expect this DLC to be so beefy. There's a lot to explore here, and it's more-or-less exactly as good as the main game. That means the same weaknesses, too, but it's plenty of fun.

Game #17 | The Outer Worlds Spacer's Choice Edition | 2025-09-11

I played The Outer Worlds when it came out and loved it, and the remastered "definitive" edition was the same. This game is still a ton of fun, even if the last act falls off for me. I can't wait for the sequel.

DLC #18 | Indiana Jones and the Great Circle — The Order of Giants | 2025-09-06

This DLC is just more of everything that makes the base game amazing. More puzzles, more beating fascists over the head with random items, more collecting. It's shorter than I expected, but I had a blast.

Game #16 | Ruffy and the Riverside | 2025-09-03

It's colorful and creative, with relaxing, engaging, and weirdly nostalgic gameplay. Ruffy and the Riverside isn't a masterpiece by any means, but I loved it.

Game #15 | Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine Master Crafted Edition | 2025-08-18

This was my first introduction to the Warhammer 40K universe and it was... Fine. I had fun, but I personally enjoyed the first Gears of War a lot more.
