The Original Star Wars Trilogy is still the golden standard for cinema. There will simply never be another Star wars. Not even Star wars could become the next Star Wars. At most you'll get solid imitators that, no matter how good, will never stack up to the REAL deal.

Do not get me wrong, I owe the existence of one of my favorite films of all time to that classic G1 line. But imo, the Bayverse had the better, more cooler designs that genuinely look so badass.

I didn't think Age Of Extinction was that bad. It had a genuinely interesting premise, the action scenes and VFX were as suberb and ever, and TJ Miller. fucking dies. Seeing TJ Miller suffering added to the viewing experience.

Transformers 2007 is not about the Transformers per say, rather it is about humanity getting caught in the middle of a war between the Autobots and Deceptactons. It's like Godzilla where humanity is simply thrust into something larger than itself whether we wanted to or not

I appreciate the Michael Bay Transformers movies to various degrees but even I have my limits. I refuse to watch Revenge Of The Fallen. I do not wish to subject myself to a film where Optimus Prime dies and we have to hang out with two racist stereotypes instead.
