The system is very unaccountable now. I have minimal expectations from a new gov but accountability will definitely improve. That's the easier part. Getting rid of oligarchy and giving the economy a boost is harder.

Sure, Ukr and Europe are not in an easy position. But this so called plan is still ridiculous. Ukr could just give up unconditionally having the same outcome, why would we need the US?

You cannot ban software that people created in their free time. Also, being banned is a grey area. Is torrenting banned? Most illegal software piracy is done using torrent, but it cannot/shouldn't be banned since it's a legitimate protocol.

It's not that easy. HW easily circumvented with smart sw, the latter being more flexible. Then you need to make a new hw only to get circumvented in no time.
