US individual taxes depend on just seven income brackets.

CBO publishes a list of "Budget Options." Some of those options would raise tax rates but none would increase the number of brackets. Why not?

Why shouldn't we add many more brackets for income above $1,000,000?

Is the murder rate still higher in states that voted for Trump than it is in states that voted for Biden?

What convincing arguments have been presented to explain why the rate of murder and other violent crime has typically been higher in Trump vs Biden states?

The vast majority of US Presidential candidates only appeared on a subset of state ballots.

In 2020, four candidates appeared on enough ballots to have a chance at winning 270 electoral votes. Seven candidates appeared on five or more state ballots, but not on enough ballots to win 270 votes.
