Yes, but I've never seen one before the last few days. I'm 63 and have older family who fought in the war and grew up fascinated with the history of war against fascism. If I don't recognize it, I can't blame him for it.

Disagree. I grew up fascinated with WW II -- my parent's generation all fought in their way -- and I've never seen the weird skull & crossbones thing. I have NO problem believing that an army dude would not recognize and would never get a comment. I'm not endorsing him yet, though. Let's see.
