After reaching HR100 I can confidently say that Arkveld and Rey Dau are the peak of flying wyvern fights.

I was worried when Dan Heng and Himeko weren't voiced during the patch (I play with the english dub of hsr), then I remembered that there's a strike going on. It's easy to say so I think that AI used for imitation of any form of art whether that be drawing, writing or VAing should explode and burn.
