Seeing Oasis at Wembley tonight. Last time I saw them was same venue on the day that England clinched an Ashes draw, nine down, in the first test at Cardiff in 2009 (?). Quite a double if we pull this off.

What a tremendous test match. Still think we’d have won comfortably if we’d batted first but wow. Test cricket will never be beaten - the good ones bring nerves, over a long period, no other sport can.

Wardy is one of the greatest servants the club has had. At his very best under Pulis I think - when he was our best RB, CB, LB and holding midfielder too. What a great player he has been for us. And……NEVER LOST TO BR***TON! ❤️💙

The discussion on our SE25 WhatsApp group is about great atmospheres at Selhurst. I maintain that our first year in the Prem, we stayed up due almost entirely due to our support. Today was close to that. Wonderful. ❤️💙

I was still suffering after celebrating the #cpfc masterclass at Craven Cottage when I played golf yesterday morning. This majestic red kite hawk helped me get through till hair of the dog at lunchtime. Cool innit?
