I’m convinced the Walgreens hold music is designed to make you hang up. The same unsettling piano riff that lasts 19 seconds, then a loud robotic “WERE SORRY TO KEEP YOU WAITING” interrupts, and it loops forever and ever. Why the same tune? Why so awful? Can’t hold music be longer than 19 seconds?
