I was commissioned in 77. I hate to say it but it wasn’t until the Vietnam era combat patches disappeared that the Army started to see a rebirth. Some really great officers, but the lessons they learned in Vietnam were outdated by 1980 and they didn’t realize it (which is just being human).

I hate that he wears the Rakkasan crest (my unit, a long time ago). Although, to be fair, he excuses Rakkasan E4 mafia vibes. I’m surprised he hasn’t spray painted the Rakkasan Tory on the side of the Pentagon.

Good grief. Let’s lose another election because we’re focused on things like eliminating the patriarchy. It’s now about the urban/rural divide, crime and income inequality.

For me it started when Trump claimed that John McCain wasn’t a hero. That said all I needed to know about the man.

Fort Red Cloud….not “wink, wink” for the Indian leader but for MOH winner Mitchell Red Cloud. We had Camp Red Cloud in the ROK so it’s a precedent. Fort Sherman for any base in Georgia…because.
