With the help of Ethan Chlebowski on YouTube and his pad see ew sauce, I made this chickpea veggie stir fry using frozen veggies that I had on hand. I'm working on moving away from using recipes for my cooking and learning to improvise in the kitchen more. This is my number one 2025 goal! #cooking
