Turns out that killing the job market, raising grocery prices, kicking people off their health care, stealing taxpayer money, kidnapping people off the street by masked thugs and trying to starve 40 million Americans isn’t very popular 🤷♂️

It's correct. It has to go to the House for a vote. If passed there, it goes back to the Senate. Likely if it did pass in the House, it will have changes. If it passes the Senate again, it goes to Trump to be signed. He can either sign or veto.
