This is one of the problems with felony murder and the death penalty. If the state can't obtain a death penalty conviction *against the person who confessed to the actual crime* then the other person shouldn't get the death penalty.

Disappointed but not surprised. Too many churches are like this, supposedly because of being scammed in the past. But there's nothing in the bible about holding the actions of one person against another person.
