Offensively I want more from the RB than Scally offers and Panama’s 541 makes 3 ATB redundant. The diamond shape around their flat 4 is going to create a lot of conflicted choices and open up space elsewhere:

This is how I would play Panama in March.
First the lineup/defensive shape. I would also look at dropping into a 3 man CM with Gio at RCM in the low block to let Musah slide out and cover for Pulisic:
