After my Peace Corps stint in Togo early 90s (Ag Ed), I rode my bike to work year round (Madison WI) about 2001 we started getting less snow and more freezing rain/ice. Our climate here is approaching Central IL along with the bugs and plants that didn’t survive our winters before.

Didn't his farm real estate "business" sell US farm assets (via REITs) to anyone, including non US citizens? Which drives prices up, locking out people who might want to start farming. (Acretrader, funded by Narya Capital).
