This week I played pickleball Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (today), tomorrow I have a fitness class in the morning followed by Zumba +. I am having a blast, hanging with fun people and getting healthy. Happiness is a choice.

Instead of watching the transition of power I went to the gym for back-to-back fitness class followed by Zumba. Much better for my blood pressure.
