I was thinking more about whether she took huge shortcuts there too, but got away with it because her owner would sue the pants off anyone who complained.

Viewing this from outside the legal profession, it almost looks like a real estate lawyer might not always have a good handle on what it takes to be a US Attorney.

My money is on Vance invoking the 25th based on ian imaginary health scare*, pardoning DJT, and then celebrating Don the Con's miraculous recovery as proof the "prayer works".

But it can prevent criminal charges after impeachment.
What I'd like to see is all Trump pardons being invalidated using the same argument his DoJ has tried to use: he doesn't know what he's doing, so wasn't capable of choosing to pardon someone.
