Michael also started the TV series, “Building New York: New York Life Stories," a weekly program that chronicles the lives of prominent New Yorkers.

I am proud to have been on both shows over 31 times!

Michael is a good friend who was involved with AFRMC and presented the awards to us. Michael went on to start “The Stoler Report: NY Business Report ” in November of 2021, a weekly TV show during which he interviewed market participants regarding New York City’s real estate market.

AFRMC recognized Paul & me for our work with local charities in the local communities within New York City. We encouraged each of our teammates at the firm to support local charities, not only with their financial resources but, more importantly, with their time. Leading by example was our approach.

The “responsibility” component represented the responsibility to give back to the communities in which we lived and worked, and this was done through the philanthropic work members of the firm did and through the work of our Massey Knakal Charitable Foundation.

The organization was established to promote and support the Rambam Health Care Campus – a premier medical institution in Israel.

At Massey Knakal, our core values included Professionalism, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility, or “PIER” Values as we referred to them.
