Russia should be banned from issuing International Arrest Warrants, they can issue and arrest warrant in Russia and any country that supports them BUT not Internationally until such time that they cease hostilities and rejoin the International forums.

More than likely that if a NATO European Country is attacked by Russia, then the Drumpf led USA will either ally itself with Russia or sit on it's arse and let Russia overrun Europe if they can, will depend on friendly non-NATO countries like AUSNZCAN etc.
