To be fair it has two spellings. If you use it to mean "a wall mounted or free standing storage unit" it's CABINET. But if you mean the legislative body of the US, it is spelled CLOWNS

1/3 of the homes on the east side (the predominantly African American area) of Buffalo already don't have heat. And many, many more rely on HEAP to assist. Many of those homes are old and have no insulation and HEAP provided grants to fund installation of it. This will literally kill hundreds.
