That's the problem. Technically pretty much everything is evidence. Just different systems weigh different forms of evidence differently. In my line of work, saying I did something could be evidence if it is relevant to the topic. However, it's obviously biased evidence and not expert evidence

Technically it could be evidence, but all evidence isn't weighted the same. Personal anecdotes are probably extremely irrelevant and unreliable evidence. But sometimes they can be extremely powerful pieces of evidence. Like, someone says "no one can touch their toes" and you say "I just did."
