I’ll be interested in how you get on. My Enviolo is coming up to 6000 miles (R&M). Generally good, but was also spinning out at 20 mph,had the gearing shifted up -great downhill (still getting torque at 45 mph!)but lost the low gears which made life tough on big hills. Back to factory settings now!

A personal pet peeve: Politicians and car owners who talk about “cyclists” as though they’re a distinct human species.
In reality, urban cyclists are just regular folks who decided to travel by bike. Many, many more people will make that decision if a city provides high-quality infrastructure.

We started the national @playingout.bsky.social movement as parents 16 years ago (basically pre-smartphones) to raise and address this. Cars are absolutely the main reason children stopped playing out, and the one nobody wants to tackle. playingout.net/why/the-prob...

Having the freedom to play in the street near home is no longer a normal part of most children’s lives. The reasons for this are complex.
