This chili took over four hours to make, so yeah, I'm collecting some fake internet points. 🍽
Pulled pork chili dusted with cotija cheese crumbles served with steamed broccoli, roasted potatoes and a dollop of sour cream garnished with chives. The meal is plated in a blue and white ceramic bowl on a wood tabletop with a yellow and gray napkin in the background.
