At a Rev. War event, I heard a speaker obsessing on the word “Patriot.” Dismissing that ineffectual TV personality, I told the stories of people of many races, genders, and faiths who created our nation. Now, that ignorant creature, is systematically obliterating the history of those true patriots.

I am sad to relate that Mary Zikos, co-founder of Handsome Molly died at home this week, after a period of failing health. Mary delighted audiences and other musicians for over 50 years with her rich voice and vast store of folk songs. We hope you will remember her by singing a song in her memory.
